Favorite type of necklace
Necklace ''Kolarin'' or ''Peružine''
Necklace "Kolarin" or "Peružine" made of gold. The necklace "Kolarin" " or "Peružine" is made of 14 and 18 carat gold. It belongs to a very old type of jewelry that traces its origin sway back to ancient times, and occurs in almost the entire Mediterranean area. Each ball of collaris is made using a complex filigree technique and is exclusively the handiwork of our master goldsmiths.
The necklace "Kolarin" or "Peružine" consists of a series of grains with a diameter of approximately 1.5 to 2.5 cm, made of thin sheet metal or filigree, and strung on a silk strip.
The modern interpretation that we offer in our stores is connected with golden alkas. "Kolarin" usually consists of 16 to 18 grains, and in the middle it usually has a cross-shaped or heart-shaped pendant.
